Privacy Policy

The Short Version

This website is a place to read and browse. It has no checkout, no accounts, no forms and no email sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, address, email or payment details, and we do not collect them.

Every purchase happens on Amazon. Amazon's own terms and privacy notice govern your order, payment, shipping and returns.

What We Collect

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load. According to Vercel, they record a small set of facts about each page view and use them for combined statistics only:

• The page visited and the page that sent you here
• The time of the visit
• Your country and region
• Your browser, device type and operating system
• Your network speed and how quickly the page loaded

Cookies and Tracking

Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies. Visitors are told apart by a hash made from the incoming request, and Vercel states that this is discarded after 24 hours.

Vercel also states that the data is not tied to any individual, customer or IP address, and that it cannot be used to follow you across other websites or apps. For Speed Insights, Vercel states the data is anonymous and does not let it identify you or reconstruct your browsing across pages. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information.

Hosting and Fonts

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any website host, Vercel receives your request in order to send you the page.

The fonts on this site are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own address. Your browser does not contact Google to load them.

Links to Amazon

When you choose Buy on Amazon, you leave this site. Amazon collects and uses information under its own privacy notice, which we do not control.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Your Privacy Rights

Some US states, including Texas, give residents rights over their personal information, such as the right to know what is held, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted.

We do not collect personal information through this site, so there is generally nothing for us to look up or delete. If you believe we hold something about you, ask us and we will look into it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how this site works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
